Very slow output

We had Crompton earlier and the hot water out put will be decent. Today 5th aug we purchased and installed elac varm express. The output is very very low and have to wait 20 mins for filling the bucket and shower water is not working. Please help. 9791127249

Very low output

15 ltr geyser I bought in June. Find that the hot water output is not sufficient for a shower time of 5 mins even when mixed with cold water thru a mixer. When the mixer is on neutral position, the hot water effect is very negligible. Only if I turn it to hot position, I get the hot water effect. Earlier that was not the
