Before selecting the right Water Heater please ensure the hot water request you have. This should be based on number of person / Location/ Space available.

Which water heater is right for me storage or instant?

Both of them have advantages. In case of Storage you will have hot water store and can be drawn at your convenience. In case of instant you get hot water continuously but the disadvantages when the starting temptation of Water Heater is very cold or no power it may not give you the expected hot water. Instant is more situated for moderate climate.

How to choose the right capacity water heater?

The points to be consider for using the right capacity of the Water Heater depends upon the usage. The factors to consider are no of persons, availability of space, Positioning in bathroom, climate condition all these collectively influence the choice of right capacity.

I have hard water in my house, will my water heater be affected?

Hard water will case scaling on the Tank and Element which will resulted premature failure. We have models which can prolong the damage.

Which water heater withstands hard water?

We have a range of Water Heater with Glassline Tank and Copper Tank which relatively manager hard water and give a longer life. The Element suggested is Incoloy Element which can withstand the premature failure. These models are suggested to take care of hard water.

What are the safety features in your water heater?

We have a unique feature of built in breaker (ELCB) in most of the models which will trip of when there is a leakage of current with an ultimate safety in usage. The other parts like Thermostat, Thermal cutout, MPRV etc. are provided in every heater as per IS Standards.

Will my water heater consume lot of energy?

Even though it has an Element of 2000W the Energy consumption by heaters is low because of the usage as compare to other home appliances our models are with a 5 Star and 4 Star rating and in addition have an ISI certification will consume minimum energy.

What is the warranty period on your water heater?

The warranty differs from each models. The inner container, The Element and overall warranty is specially mentioned in our manual which accompanies every heater and also available in our website.
