Poor Coordination - making the customer suffer
I am an Elac Customer for more than 15 Years and have 4 Water heaters. The Service was good the reason for me continuing with the same brand. This time I had a very bad experiance. I bought a water heater and registered for installation on 12th June 2025. After 2 days a person came and installed but the the EB was tripping when ever the heater is switched on. He asked to contact the service person of ELAC and also to check the wiring. our electrician had confirmed that there is no issue in the wiring. I complained to the service team. A technician came after 2 days and said the unit is not good but the installation person had not installed properly hence asked to contact the installation team and he left. Still waiting for some one to visit and rectify the issue
